Recipe: ​ (We will be testing out recipes in your honor)
Here is our favorite so far.... ​

SMOKED WHISKY COCKTAIL

½ c. Fig jam or spread
½ c. Water
3 Sprigs of Rosemary 
2 oz Your go to Whisky
1 oz Rosemary fig syrup (or to taste)
2 shakes of Bitters (we suggest 18.21 Havana and Hide Bitters)
3” cinnamon Stick

Make Rosemary Fig Syrup: Simmer Fig jam and water in a small saucepan until jam dissolves into a syrup. Stir in chopped rosemary sprigs and immediately remove from heat; cool 30 minutes.

Make Whiskey Cocktail: Place whiskey, and 3/4-oz. Rosemary Syrup in an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Cover; shake well.

Add your Smoke:  Use our Smoked Cocktail kit and garnish with a cinnamon stick.

OR... If you do not have a smoking kit you can break cinnamon sticks into small pieces; stack them in a pile on a fireproof surface. Using a small kitchen blowtorch, ignite the cinnamon and immediately place a chilled glass upside down on top of cinnamon. When the smoke dissipates, turn the glass upright and strain the drink into the glass.

Serving suggestion: Serve over a single large ice cube infused with rosemary sprig
